- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We recently sold our house and JonCar handled both us and the buyers. We were very unhappy with the service we recieved as Jon threatened to sue us and stop the sale on the eve of the closing if we didn't agree to his fee. In the course of threatening us , he also told us that he had been secretly recording our conversations. Don't be fooled by the folksy Joncar approach.
